Each session is designed to help you learn, create, and connect with others who share your love for herbs and natural living. Because we’re a small shop, workshops require 6 participants to begin. Once your booking request is in, your spot is secured, and all participants will be notified to pay as soon as the group minimum is met. The best part? Our workshops feel like an intimate, private session where you can freely ask questions, share your goals, and make new friends along the way. Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** - All services, including one-on-one consultations and DIY classes, require advance booking through our website. - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your appointment or class. **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the $10 deposit, but the remaining balance will be refunded. - If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. **Waitlist Policy** - If a class or consultation is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. - When a spot becomes available, we will notify waitlisted individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. - Once notified, you will have 12 hours to confirm your booking before the spot is offered to the next person on the list.
